Miles and Lisa did a great job listing my house for sale and serving as my agent for my home purchase in a very stressful move. They did the impossible for me and orchestrated the sale and purchase over a four-month period where I had several buyers back out, while retaining me as the buyer for the other property. Lisa also went the extra mile to ensure all the financials would work out, and she helped out after the move when I had to deal with a bad water heater and unclean oven. She didn’t need to help with those as it was not her problem, but went above and beyond so that things were optimal during a time of great stress. The move improved my situation in ways that go beyond real estate. Looking back at the transaction Miles and Lisa managed, it was nothing short of a miracle.
